This unique experience was created to help women build a healthy & happy life in 3 days. Camp Conquest (nestled in the small, but growing town of beautiful Millington, TN) is the perfect getaway to relax, reflect, and reignite the happy & healthy life you want!
Enjoy activities such as horseback riding in nature, walking trail, evenings around the fire pit, canoeing, relaxing on the sandy beach by the lake, massage, zipline and group coaching sessions.
During coaching sessions, you will identify tools to foster your relationships, finances, career, spirituality, & health. The community atmosphere created through this unique experience offers safety, encouragement, enrichment and support.

Throughout this experience, I will be helping you with your life goals through sessions that are tailored to your individual needs, as well as group activities. You will be in a safe environment to reach out when needed, without fear or stigma attached because it is just another part of being human!
I want you to feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself! That is why building community and strengthening relationships will be at the forefront during our time together. You can count on me not only because I'm an expert but also so much more: a shoulder to lean against when things get tough, someone who will listen without judgment, and someone who you can share your highs (and lows).
**No alcohol will be served. Please do not bring any alcohol or drugs to the retreat.
